Return and Refund Policy

At Social Unicorns, we strive to provide high-quality digital marketing, design, and AI automation services. Since we provide non-tangible, irrevocable digital services, we do not issue refunds once the project execution has started or the digital assets have been delivered.
1. Refund Eligibility
Before Project Kick-off: If you change your mind before we have started any work or strategy sessions, you are eligible for a 100% refund (minus any payment gateway transaction charges).
Service Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the quality of work, we offer a specific number of revisions (as mentioned in your service agreement) to ensure the output meets your expectations. Refunds will not be granted based on performance metrics (like leads/sales) as they depend on various market factors.
Duplicate Payments: In case of a duplicate payment due to a technical error, the extra amount will be refunded via the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
2. Non-Refundable Services
Refunds are not applicable on the following:
Setup fees for Ad campaigns (Google/Meta).
Completed graphic design or video editing projects.
Monthly retainer fees once the month has started.
Custom AI bot development costs once the API integration is complete.
3. Cancellation Policy
Clients can cancel their monthly subscription or ongoing project by providing a 15-day notice via email. Any work done up to the date of cancellation will be billed accordingly.
4. How to Request a Refund?
